I just saw Jason and Sarah Michelle Gellar. The only way to describe them both is playful and happy. I had been sitting through about 5 other panels for upcoming movies before they cam on, and I had been mildly entertained by everyone that spoke. Jude Law has a tendency to drone on and on, btw. But when Jason and Sarah came on it was like the whole atmosphere just lightened. They were both so playful and fun. Someone asked Sarah why she hadn't gone to a ComicCon before and she came prepared with a list of her Top Ten Reasons Why I Never Came To ComicCon. It was really cute. One of them was because she'd gotten sucked in to the Phantom Zone. lol
OMG! Jason Behr is so freaking hot in person it ought to be illegal! He is so much more confident and relaxed than Max. Of course I knew he would be different fro the character he played, but until know I didn't have any other material to judge by. He's funny and smiles constantly and makes fun of himself. After Sarah finished her list of reason why she'd never come to the convention before, Jason said in this self deprecating, sad way, "I've never been invited before." Every one was like, "Awww."
Then later someone asked Sarah an odd question about how some actors won't do sequels. When she was done answering that she'd done Scobby Doo 2, Scream 2, and noted that she hadn't done Cruel Intentions 2, she didn't think that she was really qualified to answer the question. so she turned to Jason and he shrugged and said, "No ones asked me to do one before." Again the whole audience was like, "Awww." He said, "I love you guys." Ain't he sweet?
Neither Sarah nor Jason singed autographs. They just presigned some posters that were given away in a random raffle before they'd even appeared. People didn't even know that's what they'd won.
When they first came out, there wasn't anyone directing things, so people were just shouting out stuff at them. Sarah asked, "Is this how it's supposed to go? I'm sure its more organized than this. So finally some man's voice came out saying come up to the mic if you have questions. It was kind of funny cause they were yelling stuff back to us and it was kinda fun to just hear them have random comments.
Sarah made fun of this one girl and everybody felt so sorry for her, because she didn't get what Sarah had said. She was too cute.
They only stayed for about 15 minutes and showed us a new clip of the movie. I look really creepy and scary. Not for the faint of heart. I have more interest in seeing it now after seeing this new clip. It's chilling all by itself.

I had so much fun. It was totally worth my time just to see Jason in person. I'm all giddy and happy now. It was great.

Jason {sigh} was wearing a pair of dark blue faded jeans, a black tee shirt, two leather cuff on his wrists, and this sliver or platinum necklace with an either silver or platinum dog tag hanging from it. His tee showed off his arms perfectly. His hair is still long, and his bangs fall in his eyes. He was chewing gum and smiling so big. He was just so cute! Him and Sarah were really playful. It was all so much fun.
This girl that I recognized from pics, I think she helps run the candy site The Roswell Underground, asked him if he would do a commentary for the next set of videos and he hedged and avoided answering directly. He said the reason he didn't do one this time was because he was filming The Grudge in Japan. I honestly got the feeling he just didn't want to do it. Not sure why though.
People asked all kinds of weird questions. I think some just wanted to talk directly to them, cause questions like "Did anything you learned from playing Buffy for 7 years help you with any problems in your real life?" were just silly. Sarah answered saying "You do know that Buffy isn't real right?" lol

I took a ton of pics, but even the seventh row was to far away from them to be perfectly clear. I had to use the most extreme zoom I had on my camera. They aren't that bad though. You can see everything clearly. Uploaded my pics of Jason and Sarah to my gallery, so yall can see them.

There was a point where someone called Jason her inspiration...and he said something along the lines of "Aw I love you guys"...then Sarah goes: "I told you you were my inspiration last night" Then he turned to her and went: "I looove you." It was sooo incredibly cute. I swear Sarah and Jason are having an affair (kidding...her hubby Freddie is just lovely).
She was correcting the girl more than "making fun" of her. lol...the audience was laughing because she totally botched up Joss Whedon's name. Sarah told her to give credit where credit was due...and if she was going to ask the question she should know what she's saying. (It wasn't in a mean way though)...even afterwards the girl STILL kept messing up...Sarah still tried to help her say the name properly. The audience also chimed in (some were saying JOSH Whedon...my people and I were yelling JOSS Whedon). Sarah and Jason just ended up laughing. The fan also asked Sarah if Joss was doing a movie called Fantastic X-Men. Sarah corrected her and said "It's the Fantastic Four and X-Men" then stated that she would have to ask Joss about that tomorrow. I couldn't understand why this fan thought it was okay to ask Sarah about JOSS. It's not like she lives with him lol.Sarah made fun of this one girl and everybody felt so sorry for her, because she didn't get what Sarah had said. She was too cute.
It was more like 40 minutes (it just seemed short...for my friend and I it seemed like forever though since we went up to ask questions and were so incredibly nervous)...some of the people I were with got the whole thing on tape. They only stayed for about 15 minutes
Oh! And during the Grudge trailer there's a very sweet scene between Sarah's and Jason's characters (Karen and Doug)...Doug tells Karen "I don't like seeing you this way" Awww...

Wasn't that sweet! They certainly do good public appearances together -- we'll presumably see more of that, as time gets closer.absolutely the playfullness between Sarah & Jason
That just adds to the list of people who have worked with him, loved doing it, and would do it again. They certainly seem to have a good time!
The Grudge trailer was edited by Sam Raimi and put together two days before the actual con lol. It was such an awesome trailer...There was a lot more Jason and a lot more of the other characters. It was also creepier and more detailed. I think it might have just been something Raimi did specially for comic con...I don't think it's going to be an official trailer.I could have sworn I read that the clips for Comic Con were asembled by Sam Raimi himself - but can't find it now. The thought of Raimi editing footage of JB makes my cup runneth over!
Dalej TuesdayD:
KyotoYoshi is right. The announcer said that Sam Raimi had just finished editing this clip 2 days before. I think it was adaquately creepy enough to be the real trailer. But the beggining half of it left me kind of confused, because Sarah wasn't in it at all. They stepped up the scary factor quite a bit from the other trailer.
Sarah talked about the woman in it that does what they called "The Cockroach Crawl". She said out of everything in the movie, that woman crawling around stuck in her mind the most. Someone in the front rows started making the weird croaking noise that the woman makes, and Sarah was like, "Quit it! You stop that!" It was funny. I think Jason was like, "Yeah, that's it!" It was weird.
Ok If I remember anything else, I guess I'll come back and tell that little story too.
Vicky
Let me add one thing: When he stood up to leave(that's when I noticed his NICE bum!) you could see his nice pecks under his shirt. It wasn't a tight shirt but showed off his chest nicely

I really don't post to often, but I thought I would come by and say hello because I was there. I actually asked Sarah and Jason a question in front of like 6,000 people! I asked what inspired them to take the roles they have so far because they both have taken good parts. Sarah was like I just wanted to be in a movie with Jason Behr. And Jason said it was a unique story and to get a chance to work in Japan. My pictures didn't come out though. I had a crappy through away camera so I hope everyone else got some good ones!
Narazie tyle ale coś mi mówi, że będzie tego jeszcze troszkę Acha, jeszcze zdjątka!
